TeleMental Health Therapy

Telemental Health Therapy is online therapy offered through a live, secure video connection. At Survive & Thrive, I use the Simple Practice Telehealth platform for sessions and there is no additional cost to you for using this service. This is a HIPAA compliant platform. You will need to have a computer that has audio and video capabilities for us to use video conferencing. You will also need a reliable internet service. With online therapy, you get the same treatment as you would in an office setting but with the added benefit of easier access to care/flexible scheduling, no commute or gas costs and increased privacy (no waiting room).
